AJ BennettAJ is passionate about personal training because weightlifting, nutrition, and fitness gave him his quality of life back. AJ has played sports his whole life and he started consistently weight training 12 years ago. Muscle imbalances caused him physical pain starting at a young age and only became worse with time. After years of self-taught research, trial and error, he fixed his imbalances and is now living a fully functional pain free life. He can help do the same for you through consistent hard work and nutrition. AJ will examine you and your goals to create a tailored fitness/nutrition program just for you and your needs.
