YOGA AT THE LACWe offer Yoga classes (Ashtanga Hatha Yoga) at the LAC for both members and non-members! Yoga is at the cutting edge of fitness! It's benefits include increased flexibility, stress release, equanimity of mind, grace in movement, relaxation, improved breath capacity, and it builds muscular strength and stamina! Visit the LAC- Hatha Yoga classes taught by experienced, registered Yoga teachers. Classes are FREE to LAC members and $10.00 per class for Non-Members. Class times are: Monday 12:00pm, Tuesday 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30 am.
