Crew Porter


Crew received a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Development from SUNY Cortland. He has a personal training certification through the American Fitness Institute.


Crew provides training programs that help others to reach their specific fitness goals. He teaches proper form and function of
various exercises for muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. He believes that a training program that you are very focused and involved in is going to yield the best experience and results.


Along with a formal education in the fitness field, Crew has over 10 years of resistance training experience. Crew has trained clients of all ages and abilities. He has worked in multiple gyms as a trainer and has also competed in bodybuilding. Crew continues to expand his knowledge in fitness and nutrition as he helps others on their journey.
