Intro to Kettle Bell

 

FREE Beginner Kettle Bell Clinics - Saturdays, January 7th & 14th

 

Join us for Intro to Cardio Kettle Bell which will include all of the basics of safety, form etc... get individual and group instruction in this FREE one hour class (30 minutes of how-to's followed by a 30 minute beginner level class). Lifting gloves are helpful but not required.  Bring a friend with you and learn something new to improve your fitness!

Healthy Body Makeover Camp

We have a group of 25 people starting on their journey to make positive, healthy changes in both their body and mind! The 6-Week Healthy Body Makeover is a positive lifestyle program that incorporates 9-healthy new habits. Through these healthy habits participants improve nutrition ("fuel" choices) along with aerobic base building/heart rate training which improves cardiovascular endurance.

The programs also utilizes strength training through Kettle Bell and Training Rope which increases lean body mass, metabolism, confidence and overall health! Watch for updates as our group kicks some BOOTY in this 6-week program!


We will run our next program in January!
